While it would be cool to see this in 3D, I can't say I have much of a desire to sit through that first movie again. Now movies five and three are the ones I really want to see in 3D. Hopefully they'll do the rest.

the first movie has a lot of top-down landscape scenes, should be a good one for 3D.

can´t wait for this, I wonder what the story is going to be about, the only thing I can think of is Shiki and Mikiya´s daughter Mana, which will be interesting. Love Kara no Kyoukai films!

How do post-conversion animation look in 3D? I know they're shit for live action.

Probably worse. It's harder to get depth in traditional animation.
