wrong area to ask this but to put a pic under your name click profile and scroll down until you hit "Avatar control panel" there you can upload pics as your avatar

There was always the Bugs & Technical Questions forum, wherein there just so happens to be a stickied topic about making avatars. Neutral

Speaking of said forum, the thread is now being moved there.
