Here are the 2005 Anime Inductees for the Japanese Anime Hall Of Fame.
These are characters and anime programs that deserve the induction. - Inuyasha - Lina Inverse - Sonic the Hedgehog - Hana Yori Dango - Sailor V/Venus - Hello Kitty - Shinichi Kudo/Conan Edogawa - Robotech - Voltron - Yu-Gi-Oh! More inductees will be added in the summer of 2006. Last year's inductees and the first to be inducted: - Astroboy - The G-Force/Gundam - Sailor Moon - Pikachu - Princess Mononoke - Optimus Prime - Tamahome - Nurse Angel Ririka - Sakura - Goku http://www.geocities.com/jason_huhn/halloffame.html I hope this can give me step forward to having a real Anime Hall Of Fame in Tokyo, Japan in the years to come. Interesting fact: Sonic is also highlighted on the Metreon's Walk of Game, so now he holds great honors in two worlds.
