Okay, so I've been staring to read Huck Finn in my Lit. Class; and I've started to notice a few similarities between Huck and Naruto. These include:
I. Their way of causing trouble is just a way of getting noticed
II. Both are searching for greatness
III. How other adults seem to, in a sense, see each as sort of a lost lamb (or fox)
Does anyone else see this? If so, then do you see any other similarities between these two characters?

While those points are valid, the scope of those comparisons goes far beyond just Huck Finn and Naruto. It's really a very common theme.

I never actually went that deep in comparing Naruto to any other fictional character in American literature.

It does have some fairly solid parallels, but not enough that I imagine Huck Finn was a major source when writing Naruto (I wouldn't be surprised if Kishimoto had never evern read it). Those elements are not unique to Huck Finn, but it was Twain's skill at tapping in to so ubiquitous a story that made it a great work.
