I apologize if this has been brought up already. I did skim through a few pages of threads and didn't see anything that immediately looked like it. Anyways, I'm referring to the pictures of people's shelves in the column. When I click on them, the default seems to be set to use the slower servers. I can stop the page loading and put the fast in instead of the cdn1 or whichever it's set to, but I'm wondering why it doesn't use the fast server automatically since I am a subscriber. Since those pictures tend to take a long time to load on the slow servers, it would be nice if I didn't have to manually bypass them every time.
Of course, if there's some setting that I'm supposed to check on my end, I'd appreciate knowing what that is. As far as I'm aware, everything else goes right to the fast server, it's just those images, and it seems to happen in every Shelf Life column. Actually, I did a check and it seems that images in other columns load off the slow servers. Seems to me that is somewhat counter productive. Yeah, you get the text loaded up fast, but then you're waiting and waiting for the pictures. |

I have noticed that lately when you upload a new image it takes a while to actually show up. |
