Mainichi Daily News has an article posted about Slam Dunk's manga-ka being accused of plagiarism. Earlier this year, he accused another manga-ka of the same thing.

... okay, so it's a bad thing to copy photos from NBA magazines? I, for one, am finding that this whole copyright thing is getting a tad bit out of hand. Yes, people need to be taken care of when copying someone else's work, but seriously, who actually takes the time to go through different mags just to say "OMG! This person copyrighted too!! Sue!!!" I just find it silly.
