Doujinshi, by their nature, can't really be licensed. Maybe they can, but they're still amateur works. Maybe someone will scanlate it, and that's really your only option.

Well this case is unique because the extra is not really a traditional doujin as it is not self-published. This is being published by the original manga's published with the approval of at least the publisher (I am sure the author also was okay with it). So while the likelihood of this being licensed alone is not high, if someone were to license the series they might get an option to publish this as bonus material.
