I used to go through dreamland comics but they have gone from fast deliviries to taking a freakin month just to process my order... anyone know any on-ine stores that sell a wide variety of manga at bulk-discounts?

I recently discovered and tried Just Manga and ordered some Viz titles. I ordered Viz only because they're the only site I've seen so far that sells them at a lower price than MRP.

For anything non-Viz (mainly Dark Horse, Tokyopop, or ADV), I use Right Stuf.

Each site has free shipping (above $39 for JM and above $49 for RS), and they both shrinkwrap their manga within the boxes.

I agree with Tony K. Although there are just a few titles that I read (Monster and .Hack) I use Rightstuf. I almost always get free shipping since i always try to order several things at once. And not only that I am also a part of got anime so I get 10% off all my orders. Otherwise wait for Rightstuf to have a 30% off sale on whatever company of manga you want, then stock up.
Till next time,

I had aniNmanga suggested to me awhile back when I was looking for cheaper manga. I found the manga prices to be pretty good; most $7.95 titles are $7.19 and $9.99/.95 titles are $7.45.

However, to qualify for free shipping, you have to spend $100. So really, this is only good if you bunch together several mangas at once.

I've only purchased from them once, so far. I bought a whole bunch of manga and a patch to bump the price over $100 for the free shipping. I'm not sure if they've changed anything since my order a few months ago, but communication could have been better. I found no indication that they were going to split my order in two until the first part came and the invoice implied they did. Apparently I hadn't noticed that one of the titles was backordered, which caused the delay. Their site held no information about it, it merely said my order was complete. However, the second part did come in before I could get too worried about it to start complaining to them. Bleh.

Despite that though, I would probably buy from them again. The only reason I haven't is that I'm severely backlogged in my manga right now. The only reason I even ordered from them then (as I was backlogged then as well) was to pick up the Cyborg 009 series since it's now out of print, I wanted it, and my regular stops were already out of them, so I had to find somewhere else.

While I love Right Stuf, whenever I order manga, it always seems to get backordered (regardless of publisher), sometimes for long periods of time. While .hack//Legend of the Twilight volume 3 has been on the shelf at every bookstore I've come across recently, I'm still waiting for it from Right Stuff...and I ordered it in April. This only happens with manga that I order from them though. Does anyone else have that problem?

Anyway, Right Stuf is where I get most of my manga as well when I purchase online. Good prices, and free shipping, plus I have a Got Anime membership. I'm hoping that I just happen to be getting the wrong manga at the wrong time with all of my backorders. It almost never happens with anything else.

Hmm, well thanks for the info everybody, I'll prolly try just manga next as I do purchase quite a few viz series (gotta get the new hunter x and Jojo!), and the free shipping + x% off is what I'm looking for.

It seems like bigger companies like dreamland and rightstuf just run so many orders there's no way NOT to get some kinda delay.

older manga i like to buy from overstock.com. ie the viz fushigi yugi mangas that retail for 9.95 were being sold for 8.46. it's not a huge savings but shipping is cheap (2.95 bulk) and i can earn points for my purchase through another site...so i can get gift cards to purchase more for free later on. and for what i've seen with viz thats a pretty good price online...i did price hunt at a lot of those sites mentioned earlier.
