Hey guys, Im searching for an anime i used to watch on tv when i was a kid, i think it would have been around the year 1993/1995 I didn't watch too many episodes because it used to be on on sundays and i wasnt allowed to watch tv on sunday 
Anyhoe, it was about a dude, i'd say teenage years, with black hair, and he had a Mech suit or some kind of cyborg suit, i remember that in the intro u'd see the world, with some kind of big greenish mechanical spaceshippy sort of ring around it, which would be an alien invasion i believe, and he'd be flying towards it in his suit with a sword of some sorts if i recall correctly, and from the ring some type of crablike creatures would come forth to stop him, and in one scene u'd see such a creature from behind and he'd be slashing right through it and fly into the ring and destroy a part of it, something like that is what i recall. Also i have some other vague memmories but im not sure wether its from this series or another, i recall there being a garden in the HQ ship where he and his friends kept their mechs, and i also recall an episode where he i think overdid training or had some sort of accident end ending up in the hospital, but again im not sure this is from this series. I hope someone out there knows what anime im talking about because i'd really like to get my hands on it Thanks alot

Sounds a lot like Tekkaman Blade, though the orbital ring around the earth is used a lil more often than not, so I can't say 100%, but it does sound rather close to it.

Maybe it's my fault for answering that thread about The Noozles, but it seems we have a wave of people not seeing the Identifying Anime thread. EDIT: sorry, I might not have seen your edit to the post
