Very excited about this. I had a feeling Ishgard Or Dravania would be the setting for the first expansion since the story has mentioned it quite a bit but we were denied entry to it. Then with the end of the 2.3 storyline hinting at it and 2.4 going to be dealing with the entry of Ishgard it sealed the prediction for me.
