....Thats really awkward looking, honestly. I can see where it would be a cool idea in theory, but it does not work in action. It just looks like your crotch now emits lights...

Those glowing outfits would make one heck of an elaborate lighting show. Smile

Then again, the light being emitted from the skirt may give some people the wrong ideas...

I definitely have a zettai ryouiki fetish, but this really does not work for me.

The model in those first pictures looks great, but I think that she would probably be better without the lights. Maybe I just find the lights to be distracting because they are different.
I guess that I would have to see them in real life. I would be willing to examine the product more thoroughly. Just for scientific research, of course.Wink

Those two pictures at the top both look the same to me. Is there some difference that I am missing.

Now, looking up a skirt gets even creepier.

Now that this is in fashion, don't expect no one to say "Hey miss, may I check your skirt light?"

Next in line: the walking Christmas tree.

Underbody lights, no longer just for tricking out your car.

I can imagine all the confused stares from passers-by not familiar with this sort of skirt, especially since the light would draw attention to itself.

"Hey! My eyes are up here!"

I can understand having LED lights on sneakers, but on skirts? That's just plain weird and on a certain level, disturbing. People might get slapped across the face if one of the lights on the skirt goes out and someone notices that. I'm hoping that this is experimental and not any sort of new trend that's going to be coming here. Or is this another bizarre thing that's (hopefully) going to stay in Japan. And,I have to ask. What's a "Hikaru" skirt?

Why is that? I do not understand your reasoning.

Hikaru is a Japanese word that means "to shine." It can also be used for "light."
And it is a popular name, at least in anime and manga.
When I saw the title I thought that it would be about a skirt that was worn by a well-known anime character.
