The musical instrument company? A while back we had Subaru the car company as well. I wonder what we'll have next.
Is CGI just easier to animate and cost less money? Because these animators must know that most of their fans don't like CGI, so why would they produce something that they know are animated in a way fans don't like?

Yes, but Yamaha Motors makes motorcycles.
That aside, this show look pretty cool! I personally do like cgi if it's done well.

I liked Honda's OVA, but I'm not digging this stiff animation. Oh well, now I'm hoping for Kawasaki's Ninjas on Ninjas.

It's much, much easier when you're doing vehicles. Virtually every "vehicle" anime since the 90s has used CGI.
