The reviews for this said the film felt a bit muddled, like we're only getting part of a larger story, but I'm still pretty excited to see this!

About freaking time! As far as I can tell, there still aren't even blu-ray pre-orders for this title on Amazon Japan. At least I'll finally be able to see this soon!

Oshii has written a novel tie-in that's out already, but I'm not sure yet if it's another story in the same world, or just a novelization. Hoping it's the former.
