This could be a hit or miss imo...especially with the first few episodes when it airs. Really curious to see a PV soon but the premise has some potential.

The premise definitely sounds interesting, childhood friend element in a Black-Lagoon-esque setting. It all depends on execution, if done well, this could be a winner.
Although I do wonder if more people can get used to Sanzigen's full CG animation style.... |

When "childhood friend" is mentioned in anime/manga descriptions, it is often referring to an implied shipping. If this is the case, I might have it as part of the 8-10 anime titles I plan to watch next season, along with the fall leftovers.
