Outside of the anime that have constant new OP/EDss, I think that a new OP only make sense this late in the show if it was a 2-cour.

While, it's really true that a new OP with 3 episodes left (probably) is quite unheard of I'll just said there has been a big change in the series, let's say that way, in order not to spoil it. Go and check it out, if you want.
