Watching Rakugo itself, seeing it dominate these rankings, and seeing its manga nominated for the Tezuka award makes this a great year as a fan

I'm shocked and Happy IBO still is at the top ( and ranked number 2 at that) but then again its a very good Gundam anime.

Yeah, Gundam IBO is absolutely killing it this season.
And yes, you can also use that phrase literally...
