#5 and #1 are good choices in my eyes, and they would both personally be my #1 and #2 if I were to make a list of my favorites of this topic. Though it would be a short list because the majority of what I've seen haven't left a positive impression off me.

As much as i love Rem, i think it's weird for her to be on this list.
She may be an Imouto, but, she's not the MAIN CHARACTER's Imouto. So, I dont really see her as an Imouto. |

She is Ram's little sister though. I think those voters just interpreted it as characters that were little sisters generally speaking rather than were or played the role of little sister of the main character. Likewise with Haibara, Kagura, Haru and Miyu. |
