Well sure if you disregard the weird and meaningless inclusion of graphics on the top of the system that emulates the top of SNES.

This SNES-themed New 3DS XL looks great! 
Not sure if having Super Mario Kart featured on that console was the best choice, regarding the slipperiness of its controls.
