It's coming!
It also means the current adaptation is almost certainly the last one to air as a seasonal affair. When the final arc is finally done they'll resort to live-action movies or feature length films. That, or they cut things short like they did the last time the animated adaptation was on television (which is still a possibility as of this post). |

I hope this current season adapts all the skipped over arcs. You would think giving the shows history that there would be a break between c=thus and the final arc.

tl:note: "Silver Soul" also means Gintama in japanese but can also be read as "Silver Balls".

The Porori arc should be 12-13 episodes, and Excalibur arc finishes in episode 8,so we still have: -the Guardian Spirits arc (3 chapters, that should be adapted in 2 episodes) -the HDZ48 Arc (5 chapters, 2 or 3 episodes). So all the arcs will have been adapted by the end of december (only chapter 430, a videogames parody, and chapter 487, where Hasegawa wants to take an ID photo, won't certainly be adapted) Next week, the HDZ48 arc will begin. I guess they count Gintama' / Gintama': Enchousen together and Gintama. / Gintama.: Porori-hen together. |

Gintama will end one day... It's hard to believe and I will miss it. But, hopefully, Sorachi will go on holidays and return with new amazing stuff!!!
