#19 is supposed to be Sacrificial Princess & the King of Beasts 6. You might want to check over the list again.

Does anyone know why those two specific volumes of Steel Ball Run showed up on the list?

I think the reason is because Steel Ball Run is being released in bunkos and it sold well to get to the charts. I'm just guessing here.
