You're not the only one; In the 3D picture, the wings are larger, the handle shorter, plus the orb doesn't usually glow like that: I thought that it was a new wand made up just for the attraction.

And I'd have to see a clip to see whether 3D Sailor Guardians come off--
Seeing them in "solid" CGI form looks creepily more like mask-cosplay...Eww.
