Haven't seen the film yet, but damn Amano's awesome. Wish there was a higher res version available. Hard to really appreciate the detail. :/

Having seen the film, totally worth it please watch it, I have to say that Amano is the only one who could really capture it in a painting.
His style has just the right amount of a fantastical nature for this to work so smoothly. I'm quite fond of this and would love to have a high res print to frame (though I think that about most of his work  )

I highly recommend seeing Shape of Water. If you can't get enough of a Beauty and the Beast fix with reading or watching Ancient Magus' Bride, then definitely see this movie. It is worth your time.
