Can't wait to see what this movie is about, the last 3 were very good movies, Strong World, Z and Gold. I bet FUnimation will have this dubbed january 2020 can't wait

No matter how many times I see those scenes or in what language, they never fail to make me cry.
Hope I can catch this one in theaters too. Saw One Piece Gold with my mom in theaters and it was such an amazing experience. |

Going to be a long wait for this, not sure what the image is meant to be but looking forward to the eventual trailer.
I am surprised that it would have been 3 years since Gold came out, I would have thought given it's popularity they'd make movies more frequently like they do with Detective Conan which seems to get one every year. Still I'd rather have quality over quantity and the last 3 movies have been near perfection for me. |

They used to come out each year, but they started taking longer breaks between once Oda began working on the movie scripts himself. (why the past 3 have been so good) I'm guessing this one will be the same way. |

That does make sense if Oda is the one writing / helping with the scripts. There were plenty of good movies before though so I'd like to maybe see it alternate, gives him a bit of respite and allows for perhaps more varied tales to tell. I'm sure there'd be plenty of writers who'd love to work on a One Piece film.
