While this is cool news, I can't help but be concerned about the fact that it's subscription based and likely has no option to download or read offline. If it dies there goes the official translations. They better have at least ebook versions of the series available for people like me who don't want to subscribe.

Yeah, I was a JManga subsriber, so I'm not eager to sign up for another subscription-only service for manga.
