Maybe I can make finally a super muscular woman and hopefully it can become a smash hit! 
Maybe then SJ will finally have a really cool female hero this time around!

Wait, what about Mirko (MHA), Mereoleona (Black Clover) and Makima (Chainsaw Man). Also, there a lot of cool female heroes in World Trigger. But that isn't part of Jump anymore

None of them are protagonists, which I believe is what Heishi meant.

Don't hold your breath, there will always be a dearth of female protagonist since the magazine is meant for teenage boys. It's called SHONEN Jump for a reason after all.

Wouldn’t hurt to try something a bit different.
Same with any Shojo targeted magazine.
