This could more properly titled: "I Love My Dog. I also have a cat".
The volume mostly consists of two page vignettes collected into six page chapters with each chapter ending in a photo and a four panel comic. The standard episode consists of the owner doing something and the dog bouncing around like demented thing. Owner loves on dog. Cat looks on and occasionally does something unfortunate. Rinse and repeat. It is really good at showing just how irritating an overly energetic dog can be. Overall it has all the substance of a whiff of overly sweet air freshener that dissipates in seconds. This is serialized on Twitter which is where it belongs. In hard copy it is basically a waste of paper. On the final page the author says they have had the two for nine years. |
