I was 100% about to impulse buy this but got blocked because I need a japanese Premium Bandai account and that's further than an impulse buy can take me. I guess I'll reconsider it after I actually check my budget first.

It's not solely on preorder on the Bandai site, other sites have it as well, for example here's Crunchy Store;
