Will this be like what happened before with Funiamtion and Crunchyroll, where Funiamtion streams the dub and Crunchyroll streams the sub.

It seems like Bushiroad is doing a similar tactic like what they did with D4DJ getting into most of the major streams.

I assume Sentai has the disc rights. If so, I don't see Funimation doing a dub.

like the previous Cardfight!! Vanguard anime, bushiroad should be handling the dub production with whoever they used.

Amazon Prime, Hulu, Tubi and Pluto TV!

Though, it might wind up on a few of those once the dub starts.

That would be Blue Water Studios in Canada.

Wait! Will this be a series based on the lore of the cards, or just a bunch of flat characters playing the card game (Like what Cygames did with Shadowverse)?

Characters playing the card game is what the Vanguard anime has always been about like the Yu-Gi-Oh anime.

The former. Someone at Funimation grabbed the OverDress TCG trailer instead of the anime's.

This series has the characters put sleeves on their card. A true innovation for TCG anime.
