13% for the first free-to-watch broadcast of an animated film is BANANAS.
(As if anyone missed it the first time in theaters...!)
Curious to see if the Season 2 ratings will follow this trend

It's not the movie, it's compilations of the first episodes lol. This weekend has the next 2 arcs (drumhouse and mountain), then thursday the pillar meeting arc, and finally next saturday they'll air mugen train.

I'm sure it's all just Covid (sarcasm - got a little tired of hearing that the movie's success is simply because there wasn't much else). I keep suggesting a more in depth analysis as to what this show gets so right that increases its popularity aside from the beautiful graphics. Clearly something to this. My prediction is it will only continue its success.

All I took from this is how Sazae-san is the GOAT. This was just one week and KnY is barely above it. Sazae will never fade in the long run.
