Man, I'm glad people still remember this anime. I enjoyed it quite a bit. It's not for everyone, but it definitely had me hooked. Happy anniversary, ACCA!

One of Bevins last directed dubs was for ACCA 13 before he moved out to LA. Hell 2017 was a simpler time for Texas dubbing apart of me misses that era of dubbing and Funimation's talent pool from that time.

I really enjoyed Acca and how it was a mix of a chill laid back show but also has some political conflict and I really enjoyed the animation and art style and the characters. Definitely watch it if you haven't yet. Part of me somehow wishes there was more.

Agreed. One of those shows most people missed and I am glad I did not. There was an OVA/Movie in 2020 that was rather satisfying to watch. |
