I'm glad they were able to get pretty much the entire cast back. I'm guessing J. Michael Tatum contracting COVID made it difficult to get him back by the 1st episode, and Emily Ernst only really comes back to voice Reine so maybe they couldn't get her back in time for the 1st episode on whatever production pipeline they have with these dubs.
I think Mallorie Rodak will be a great fit for Nia.

It's basically mirroring how the show changes animation studios every season. Kind of like how Takagi jumped from Funi, to Netflix, to Sentai.

I hadn't heard that, but it would make sense why he would be unavailable for just the first episode. Hopefully, he makes a good recovery.

Yeah, and saying it's "temporary" at least means they're basically saving the role for him when he's well again (and presumably they'll redub the episodes for the DVD release).
Also looks like they will use remote recording for any VA's who moved to LA like Tatum and Felicia Angelle.

I've never found the show appealing just glad to see that the vastly underused and underrated Matt Thurston is coming back for the dub its baffling that Matt barely gets much voicework some people are simply overlooked unfortunately by ADR Directors.
