I'm pretty sure Ito meant the line ''I have always known.... that my master is a wonderful person''. Between the exclusive theme song for that scene and Reigen's reaction, it was a really powerful scene.

must have felt awkward that they brought Mob's Japanese voice,but couldn't bring either the english ones because the first one stepped out due to Crunchyroll's bullcrap stance on union and the second one still remains unknown likely to avoid being target of backlash by fans...

he does a great job brining Mob to life, I can imagine it must be hard voicing a character like that without sounding too monotone.
