There was a Vita version? I only know of the Switch version, and was massively let down by the performance issues it had in comparison to Ys VIII.

Oh well, I'll get the PC versions of this, Ys 7 and whatever else they plan on for Ys 10

There wasn't, no. I'm assuming that line of text was left over from a news release about Ys VIII, which did have a Vita release - and unique costume DLC that wasn't released in the US until the Switch port.
