I really dig how toyetic the intro is. Really fits the art style they went with beautifully. I wonder if there'll be similarly-styled animations when using the tablets to open unlock more bits of the world map -- like building a model out of wood blocks or something else suitable tactile.
Excited to try the demo on my Switch 2... shame Square-Enix/Nintendo doesn't want me to actually buy that copy of the game. So ends my physical collection of Dragon Quest media on Nintendo platforms, I guess. Had been going strong since the DS days.

I can overlook the grind of vocations if this lets us carry out some of the more useful/broken job abilities.
But what I need to know is have they fixed the writing. If Maribelle still acts like a miserable pain in the ass or Carraway & Lavender still act like idiots….
