Looks like Crunchyroll updated that to February 6, with episodes 2 and 3 both premiering on the 13th.

They have a reasonable excuse, the blizzard made the usual production pipelines dangerous so they delayed it to protect staff.

Appreciate the heads up. Similar happens with fall shows due to holidays, and sometimes they will then upload two episodes in a week to keep closer to schedule .
