So with the negative of having too much fanservice, every review on ANN now seems to have sexual content or fanservice is a negative. We had people on his site who use to review hentai, like come on is it ever a benefit now? This is anime and manga, are we forgetting this medium that is historically perverted? Why is it always a negative. Do reviewers here even like stuff anymore?

^: There's an entire feature here running right now where everyone on the staff has to review the most boring-looking modern hentai manga I could imagine. This site is fairly open about enjoying pornography, so I'm not sure what world you are living in.

Can you really not think of a situation where fanservice might detract from the tone and mood of a story? I think the review is pretty clear that it's a negative because it's rote and predictable (so neither sexy nor funny) and because it gets in the way of what's supposed to be a sweet story.

The English title is real unfortunate to me. It reads as less of a romance, and more of some horny MILF fantasy, so people that would be legit interested will probably write it off without checking it out. In that respect it kinda reminds me of DanMachi.
