I don't remember ever hearing of 247 Comics before today, This says that TokyoPop made an announcement last February, but not about a kickstarter. TL/DR, I feel very uneasy about this.

I honestly didn't mind the manga when I read it many years ago, but not enough to want to get it again.
It was a fun enough manga when I was younger but the older you get the more you realise how weird it is. I'm also not confident this has a cult following big enough to back it up... |
