Orphen Sorceress stabber is a really good anime. Also it gets sad at the end of the of the show. orphen is so funny and i like he's attitude, and magic is funny he tries to help out orphen in magic but he's orphen aprentice, and orphen is trying to save this girl that he fell in love with that turned into a dragon because of some reason that i can tell u. they were both orphen that how that met when they were very little oh yeah and they can use magic in it. Its very Good anime if u seen it what do u think of it?

(First, it's Sorcerer, not sorceress....Orphen isn't a girl.)
I've seen about the first 10 episodes or so on The Anime Network and I like it. Though, I've heard that the dub is significantly different from the sub....I'll probably pick up the DVDs at some point to compare them for myself. |

Look at the title...you have sorceress....a sorceress is a female, a sorcerer is a male. |

its a common mistype on the title "Sorcerous Stabber Orphen". Heck, I know I've referred to it more than once as Sorceress Stabber Orphen. :p
The dub and sub are basically unique storylines. I like to joke that the difference between the two is that they're absolutely opposite of one another -- when the English dub says "Yes", the Japanese dub says "No" ;) That doesn't make it bad, but it certainly is a fairly different interpretation. IIRC they become more closely aligned in the later episodes. |

Interesting...when it was first aired on TAN, it was listed as Sorcerer Stabber Orphen (not Sorcerous)....then it just got listed as Orphen. I never saw it as Sorcerous before... |

Do u no if there any more episodes are coming or saga for Orphen? I hope there is cause i tought it was a good show.

Hey, I saw Orphen and thought it was really good! In fact, I FINALLY got my hands on the last disc and saw it this week. When it started skipping on the last espisode, I thought I might cry!
The ending was pretty cool but the more I think about it, the weirder it gets. I mean, spoiler[to have your love's soul as your newborn child. ] All my friends said that the video game was lousy though. I don't know how closely the video game and anime are. |
