I believe the reviews and releases links on the Yamamoto Yohko TV series page are there in error and really belong on the OVA series pages.
According to what I have learned about the series in the past week, Rightstuf's video release included both OVA 1 & 2, but the TV series has apparently never been licensed or released in North America.

All of what you said is correct, I can verify it. I've noticed this before but was unable to do anything (then I forgot about it...). Hopefully, a higher up staff can fix this...

OK, on a slightly related note I am experiencing some really weird behavior with these pages.
When I am logged-in to the site, they are as they should be. The reviews and releases are listed only on the OVA 1 and OVA 2 pages.
When I am logged out, the links show up on the TV series and on the OVA 2 page, and _not_ on the OVA 1 page.
It is not a fluke. I logged out and cleared my browser's cache twice. When I am logged in it always appears the former way, when I am logged out it always appears the latter way.
Why? That doesn't seem to make any sense.

As of this morning everything looks the same, logged-in and logged-out.
I still can't help wondering: Did someone change something since last night, or is that normal behavior for the encyclopedia pages?

It was probably a caching issue. Some pages are cached for anonymous users in order to reduce CPU load. The cache is cleared when data is added/changed/removed but I guess this particular change didn't trigger the cache rebuild. But the cache is also rebuilt every 24 hours so any change that slips through unnoticed is eventually fixed.
