There is no best place.
Good places to check are www.rightstuf.com which has frequent sales and a discount/bargain bin of random goodness. www.deepdiscount.com which has a twice a year 20% off sale thats great on certain boxsets that never seem to be discounted. Amazon.com which can always surprise you with cheap prices such as Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki boxset for $19.99 Also www.dvdpricesearch.com is a great resource |
