Is there anything like a manga club, where you get mailed a different manga mailed to you each month (or week)? Ya know, sort of like those DVD clubs. Thanks!

I don't think so. How'd you get manga mailed to ya? Plus, the companies'd probably make a mess of it. Look how they're cracking down on the scanlation sites. Someone (preferably the founder of the club) would have to buy the manga himself, and that'd make your membership price go sky-high.

You can preview manga yourself, usually, but DVDs aren't the same. Plus, the manga industry doesn't seem to have to worry about sampling things right now.
While I think a lot of clubs joined those free disc sampler things for serious club-related reasons, I think a lot of people like joining those to get free stuff.

I gotta be honest and say that sounds crappy. DVD ones are bad enough, tossing random stuff at you, stuff they selected or are trying to get rid of, but at least movies tend to be one shots. Manga is uslaly a long story. I don't think that would work with a monthly club. It's better to go to a store or preview online stores for manga that sounds interesting, sample it, then see if you want to get the rest of the many volumes.
