I haven't seen a lot of these so I guess my favorite is none other than the Berserk outakes. Are there any Inuyasha,or YYH outakes by chance?

The Kenshin outtakes are pretty funny...
"I'm gonna go get some sandwiches..." (or something along those lines)

You're Under Arrest's Strikeman outtakes are pretty funny. So are a couple of the Chief's outtakes.

Weiß Kreuz has outtakes. Some of them are pretty good. The others are just...plain stupid. It feels like they just did it on purpose instead of actually messing up...

The "outtakes" on His and Her Circumstances are lame, being obviously preplanned. But the outtakes on Berserk are pretty funny. I think I busted a gut or two laughing at the outtakes from volume 5. You know..."In a world of tiny objects..."

I loved the outtakes on the Orphen DVDs. They seem like they are pre-planned, but they're funny anyway.

Although it's all from the same studio (IIRC)
Maho Tsukai Tai (a.k.a. Magic Users Club)
Rurouni Kenshin
and of course... Berserk.

Here goes my favorite one from Berserk:
Caska: "Why did you let him do that to you, Griffith?!"
Griffith: (begins singing) "I'm just a girl who can't say no..."
Pure comedic genius. Sort of.

Kenshin had hilarious outtakes. I can't rember alot of them, I only rember that I laughed so hard when I first heard them. And, although it's not an anime Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver games have great outtakes as well. The guys that plays Raziel and Kain, sing like a song almost on all of the games.
