yes it is =) on these sites the people do not upload anything nor do the owners, they just link people to watch them on other sites, its the other sites fault for not keeping track of whats being uploaded such as veoh and youtube.

It's still illegal since its pirated material. Just because this specific site only redirects you to the illegal material and doesn't host it itself doesn't make it any better. This is going to be locked in no time.
