Hey so I was reading around the net, and stubled on this great article....

Yes, Planetes is an amazing series, I highly enjoyed it. It's got a perminant spot in my top ten. Not many sci-fi anime out there that are as realistic as this one when it comes to life in space, Infinite Ryvius and Moonlight Mile are the only others that come to mind.

Cool but I'm still waiting for someone to slam the "average" fans for not finding the show sooner. I have yet to talk about this series with anyone in real life yet because no one at school or any of my friends has seen any of it, *sigh* and they complain about DVD prices...

yeah tru, this series is so hidden. Hopefully four11 gets traffic so the word gets out you know?
i mean damn, if you click the amazon link they put up, it's like 26.99 for the whole box. CHEAP.  my kinda anime.

Maybe it's just my suspicious and bitter-old-man-ish nature, KazeKurosaki, but I always get a paranoid twinge when a new user shows up whose first posts extol the virtues of a site, in a manner calulated to drive traffic to it, and even suggest buying from Amazon through that site.
