This is pretty much probably going to get locked but anyway... it was a really good anime to watch. Even thought there wasn't that much action in it the plot and thecharacters were great. I like the idea of them being in a game, and how Tsukasa is trapped in the game.

The artwork could have been better. But the plot and characters are good. Great music too. I just wished I had a PS2 so I can play the game too.

Right now, I'm stuck midway through the series as I'm being distracted with watching Noir, and some other things. I'll try to get back to it as soon as I can.

Nowhere near the quality of Cardcaptor Sakura. Just look at the background cells and their colours. Usually quite bland and single tone. It is pretty good quality (about 7 on a scale of 1 to 10), compared to some of the other stuff floating out there. But it really deserved better artwork. After the opening sequence, I got primed up to see great artwork but was a little disappointed.

Great Teacher Onizuka (was it the style or was it just plain bad?) is definitely one of the worst, in terms of art work (great story though, you should try the live action GTO too).

I already have a playstation which I modded to be able to play NTSC/UC games too, in addition to the NTSC/J. These days I don't really have time for games so I'll pass on the PS2, for now.

The artwork was great, but the storyline was a little slow I thought. It got much better towards the end, but getting there was somewhat painful.

I'm not going to comment on the artwork anymore, I think I've made my point. But hey, the opening song is great!

It is quite an enjoyable show, I like it. As for the artwork, it was good, but nothing special, sometimes even a bit boring.

The OP was good, but I've heard much better opening songs.=)

My sentiments exactly, artwork is about a 7 out of 10. OP though not as good as some, is quite good for a series OP. Fast paced, in english and quite funky. Of course we can't compare it with OPs for movies, they have all the budget for really fantastic stuff.

Like it alot. The plot and scenario happen to be right up my alley, the soundtrack is fantastic, I like the art and - character for character - it has my favorite anime "cast". I love the interaction between these people.

I think you'd get more of a response if you discussed something more specific, though. Wink

I agree with the 'slowness' part. I didn't really mind the artwork so much. An interesting story, nonetheless.

Anyway, May (I think), is the release of .hack//Legend of the Twilight (Often called .hack//DUSK). It is a very different feel. aimed at a younger audience, and less serious. It follows 4 years after the events of the PS2 Games/Liminality.
