Ah... I was hoping there'd be a new Hikaru Utada song for this season. Pink Blood is... okay-ish? The last 20-30 seconds are great but in large part because of how well they sync up with the visuals, which probably will be changed.

Pink Blood is great, but I was hoping we'd get a new Utada song. I hope the op not changing doesn't bode poorly for production

Animation continues to look mediocre at best, which says a lot considering trailers for anime usually highlight some of the best cuts from the first few episodes of a show.
Also, no new song? Man, what a shame.

This might be contentious, but I haaaaate Pink Blood. I think the main reason I was so lukewarm on the first season is because that song would bring my mood down at the start of each episode.

All I hear in the song is 'pig blood' over and over.

Just so you don't feel alone, I also could not stand it. I ended up skipping the OP on every episode of TYE, and I never skip OPs.

And sometimes they don't highlight the best scenes since either they don't want to show it or it isn't finished production-wise.
