HUH? What is going on here? Does ArcSys have something planned beyond this they're holding to the chest, or are they just being weird for giggles? Still pissed at them not giving CentralFiction a dub (and the consequences that entailed)

Unfortunate that the DLC is PS4 & PC only, despite there being a Switch version that came out AFTER both of those ports.
Also, for the hell of it, it would have been amazing if ArcSys actually went through the effort of adding the DLC character to the PS3 version that launched alongside the PS4 version in 2016. I mean, the PS Store is still open on the PS3, so it wouldn't necessarily have been outright impossible. |

I wonder why they would release a character now after several years? Like a narrative reason? Or as a tie-in? Or just finally getting around to a gameplay mechanic they couldn't figure out the first go-around?
