Ring ni Kakero 1: Sekai Taikai-hen (TV)

Kazuya Nakai's role as Team Greece member Theseus is actually Nakai's second time performing the character. The first time was in a small portion of the Ring ni Kakero 1 Pilot Film, a 5-minute anime short that was made in summer of 2003 to gauge fan reaction to an anime adaptation of Ring ni Kakero 1.

Atsushi Kisaichi's performance as Team Greece member Icarus makes him the only person to have a role in each Ring ni Kakero 1 adaptation. In 1997 he was one of the voices in the Ring ni Kakero video game for the Super Famicom, and in 2003 Kisaichi voiced Helga in the Manga DVD adaptation of the World Tournament Chapter. Behind him is Hiroshi Kamiya, who was one of the voices in the Super Famicom game and then voiced Takeshi Kawai in the anime series, followed by Hiro Yuuki, Hikaru Midorikawa, & Toshiyuki Morikawa, who all voiced characters in the Manga DVD first and then voiced characters in the anime series.
