In episode 2 about 12:13 Ibuki Hinata says, when talking about Ayumu: "anta no otouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai" which might be a reference to the anime Ore no Imōto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai which is My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute in English. After that Daigo says "kami nomi zo shiru idenshi" which might be a reference to Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai anime (The World God Only Knows in english). The interesting thing is that both of these anime's main character loves to play with dating sim games.
In episode 3, in the preview at the end of the episode, as Kazuma was describing his type of girl and Senka commenting that the description matches Ui-chi (a nickname for Ui), Ayumu mishears it as witch, and comes to the conclusion that his older brother's type of girl is a Strike Witch. This is a direct reference to the anime series Strike Witches.
In episode 7, the fighting game played by Kazuma and Koyori is using characters from Koihime Mūso. Also in episode 10 you can see Rin (also from Koihime Mūso) in the haunted house.
