Shonen Magazine Editors Vow to Comment on Every Comic Submitted to New Site

posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

The editors of Kodansha's new Shonen Magazine Debut manga site signed up for a daunting task. The team of editors have promised to comment on all the site's posted manga content on top of responding to specific editorial requests.

Manga creators can even choose which editor will be in charge of their work and all of it will be free on the website to read. In turn, readers can help their favorite series rise to the top by using the "anticipation" button.

Site visitors can upload their manga works, whether they are series or one-shots by registering on the website. Kodansha does limit the kinds of manga allowed on the site, including restrictions on sexual content, drug use, violence, and discriminatory messages. Visitors can explore the site map to find manga of different types, ranging from fantasy to romantic comedies.
